Claire Avagalwa Makunda is a dedicated and highly motivated legal professional with a strong foundation in Kenyan legal procedures and practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and is currently advancing her legal training at the Kenya School of Law under the Advocates Training Program.

Claire brings valuable hands-on experience to the firm, having spent three years interning in a law firm. During this time, she developed robust skills in legal research, document management, and client relations. She is particularly adept at handling debt collection suits including drafting demand letters and court pleadings and conducting critical due diligence through comprehensive land and company registry searches.

Expanding on her legal capabilities, Claire possesses specialised knowledge in conveyancing matters and is a licensed court process server. She has also enhanced her corporate governance and compliance acumen by completing the Certified Secretaries (CS) course up to the intermediate level.

With her strong administrative expertise, organisational skills, and comprehensive grasp of court processes, Claire is committed to delivering exceptional legal support and ensuring seamless registry operations for the firm's clients.
